Der NDB stellt vor jeder Bekanntgabe von Personendaten oder Produkten sicher, dass die Personendaten den rechtlichen Vorgaben nach diesem Gesetz genügen und dass ihre Bekanntgabe rechtlich vorgesehen und im konkreten Fall notwendig ist.
The FIS shall ensure before disclosing any personal data or products that the personal data satisfies the legal requirements of this Act and that its disclosure is lawful and necessary in the case concerned.
