Art. 111 Relay licences

Existing licences for the wireless retransmission of radio and television programme services in accordance with Article 43 RTVA 1991127 (relay licences) retain their validity until their owner obtains a radio and telecommunications services licence in accordance with Articles 4 ff. or Articles 22 ff. TCA128 respectively, but at the latest two years after the commencement of the act.
