Art. 24 Excepziuns per edifizis e stabiliments ordaifer las zonas da construcziun

En divergenza da l’artitgel 22 alinea 2 litera a pon permissiuns vegnir concedidas per construir edifizis e stabiliments e per midar lur intent, sche:

a.
l’intent dals edifizis e stabiliments pretenda in lieu ordaifer las zonas da construcziun; e
b.
nagins interess predominants na s’opponan a quai.

Art. 24 Exceptions for buildings and installations outside building zones

Notwithstanding Article 22 paragraph 2a, permits to erect buildings and installations or to modify their purpose may be granted:

a.
if the purpose of the buildings and installations necessitates their location outside the building zones; and
b.
if there are no overriding interests to the contrary.
