Art. 30a Communicaziun da permissiuns refusadas e revocadas

1 L’autoritad che refusa ina permissiun, communitgescha la refusa al post central inditgond ils motivs.

2 L’autoritad che revochescha ina permissiun, communitgescha la revocaziun a l’autoritad che ha concedì la permissiun ed al post central.

Art. 30a Notification of the refusal or withdrawal of permits

1 An authority that refuses to issue a permit shall notify the Central Office of its refusal and state the reasons.

2 An authority that withdraws a permit shall notify the authority that issued it and the Central Office of its withdrawal.
