Art. 28 Transport d’armas

1 Per il transport d’armas n’è betg necessaria ina permissiun per purtar in’arma, en spezial:

a.
da ed a curs, exercizis ed occurrenzas d’uniuns da tir, da chatscha u d’armas da soft air sco er d’associaziuns e da federaziuns militaras;
b.
da ed ad in arsenal;
c.
da ed ad in titular d’ina permissiun per il commerzi cun armas;
d.
da ed ad occurrenzas spezialisadas;
e.
en cas d’ina midada da domicil.

2 Tar il transport d’armas da fieu ston l’arma e la muniziun esser separadas.

Art. 28 Transporting weapons

1 A permit to carry a weapon is not required for transporting weapons, in particular:

a.
to and from courses, exercises and events by shooting, hunting or airsoft weapons clubs and by military organisations or associations;
b.
to and from an armoury;
c.
to and from the holder of a weapons trading permit;
d.
to and from weapons-related events;
e.
when changing residence.

2 Weapons and ammunition must be kept separate when transporting.
