Art. 4

Concernent il maletg genuin da la cuntrada e dals lieus, dals lieus istorics sco er dals monuments natirals e culturals tenor l’artitgel 24sexies alinea 2 da la Constituziun federala19 ston vegnir distinguids:

a.
objects d’impurtanza naziunala;
b.
objects d’impurtanza regiunala e locala.

Art. 4

With regard to heritage landscapes and sites of local character, historical sites, and natural and cultural monuments within the meaning of Article 24sexies paragraph 2 of the Federal Constitution19, a distinction must be made between:

a.
sites of national importance;
b.
sites of regional and local importance.
