Art. 65 Confederaziun

1 Il Cussegl federal decretescha las disposiziuns executivas, uschenavant che la lescha na regla betg autramain questa cumpetenza.

2 El po delegar la cumpetenza da decretar prescripziuns al DEFR u al SEFRI.

3 Ils chantuns e las organisaziuns interessadas vegnan tadlads avant che decretar:

a.
disposiziuns executivas;
b.
ordinaziuns da furmaziun.

4 La Confederaziun ha la surveglianza suprema davart l’execuziun da questa lescha tras ils chantuns.

Art. 65 Confederation

1 Unless otherwise provided by law, the Federal Council shall issue the implementing provisions.

2 The Federal Council may delegate the task of issuing regulations to the EAER or SERI.

3 The Federal Council shall consult the Cantons and interested professional organisations before enacting:

a.
implementing provisions;
b.
VET ordinances.

4 The Confederation shall ensure that the Cantons implement this Act.
