Art. 226 Audienzas d’instrucziun

1 La dretgira po da tut temp far audienzas d’instrucziun.

2 Las audienzas d’instrucziun servan a discutar libramain l’object da dispita, a cumplettar ils fatgs, ad empruvar da chattar in accord ed a preparar la tractativa principala.

3 La dretgira po examinar cumprovas.

Art. 227 Amendment of the statement of claim

1 An amendment of the statement of claim is admissible if the new or amended claim is subject to the same type of procedure and:

a.
a factual connection exists between the new or amended claim and the original claim; or
b.
if the opposing party consents to the amendment of the statement of claim.

2 If the value of the amended action exceeds the material jurisdiction of the court, the court shall transfer the case to a court with greater material jurisdiction.

3 A limitation of the action is permitted at any time; the seised court retains jurisdiction.
