Art. 22 Dumber e designaziun da las candidatas e dals candidats

2 Las propostas electoralas ston inditgar per mintga candidata u candidat:

a.
il num ed il prenum uffizial;
b.
il num, sut il qual la persuna è enconuschenta sin plaun politic u en il mintgadi;
c.
la schlattaina;
d.
la data da naschientscha;
e.
l’adressa da domicil inclusiv il numer postal;
f.
ils lieus d’origin inclusiv ils chantuns, als quals els appartegnan; e
g.
la professiun.46

3 Mintga candidata e mintga candidat sto confermar en scrit ch’ella u ch’el acceptia la proposta electorala. Sche la conferma manca, vegn stritgà ses num.47

Art. 22 Number and designation of the candidates

1 A candidate list may contain no more names of persons eligible for election than the number of seats in the National Council that have been allocated to the constituency, and no name may appear more than twice on any list. Where a candidate list contains more than the maximum number of names, the last names on the list shall be deleted.

2 The candidate lists must provide the following details for each candidate:

a.
official surname and first names;
b.
the name by which the person is known in politics or in everyday life;
c.
sex;
d.
date of birth;
e.
home address including postcode;
f.
place and canton of origin; and
g.
occupation.46

3 Each candidate must confirm in writing that they accept their nomination. In the absence of such confirmation, the name of the candidate shall be deleted from the list.47
