Art. 64e Obligaziuns suenter l’avertura d’ina disposiziun da spedida

L’autoritad cumpetenta po obligar persunas estras suenter che la disposiziun da spedida è vegnida averta:

a.
da s’annunziar regularmain tar in’autoritad;
b.
da prestar segirezzas finanzialas adequatas;
c.
da depositar ils documents da viadi.

Art. 64e Obligations on giving notice of a removal order

On giving notice of a removal order, the competent authority may require the foreign national concerned:

a.
to report to an authority regularly;
b.
to provide appropriate financial security;
c.
to hand in travel documents.
