Art. 51 Extincziun dal dretg da la reuniun da la famiglia

¹ Ils dretgs tenor l’artitgel 42 extinguan, sche:

a.: els vegnan fatgs valair en moda abusiva, cunzunt per guntgir prescripziuns da questa lescha e da sias disposiziuns executivas davart l’admissiun e davart la dimora;
b.: i èn avant maun motivs da revocaziun tenor l’artitgel 63.

² Ils dretgs tenor ils artitgels 43, 48 e 50 extinguan, sche:

a.: els vegnan fatgs valair en moda abusiva, cunzunt per guntgir prescripziuns da questa lescha e da sias disposiziuns executivas davart l’admissiun e davart la dimora;
b.⁷³: i èn avant maun motivs da revocaziun tenor ils artitgels 62 u 63 alinea 2.

Art. 51 Expiry of the right to family reunification

¹ The rights in terms of Article 42 expire if:

a.: they are exercised unlawfully, in particular to circumvent the regulations of this Act and of its implementing provisions on admission and residence;
b.: there are grounds for revocation in terms of Article 63.

² The rights in terms of Articles 43, 48 and 50 expire if:

a.: they are exercised unlawfully, in particular to circumvent the regulations of this Act and of its implementing provisions on admission and residency;
b.⁷³: there are grounds for revocation in terms of Article 62 or 63 paragraph 2.
