Art. 38 Inclusiun dals uffants

¹ En la relaschada vegnan inclus ils uffants minorens che:

a.: stattan sut la tgira genituriala da las persunas relaschadas;
b.: n’han nagin domicil en Svizra; e
c.: possedan in’autra naziunalitad u han la garanzia da survegnir in tala.

² Uffants minorens da 16 onns e dapli vegnan inclus en la relaschada mo, sch’els dattan lur consentiment en scrit a tala.

Art. 38 Inclusion of children

¹ Relief of citizenship also applies to minor children who:

a.: are under the parental care of the person relieved of citizenship;
b.: are not resident in Switzerland; and
c.: hold or have been assured of another nationality.

² Minor children who are over the age of 16 years are only included in the relief of citizenship if they give their written consent.
