Art. 32 Formazione e formazione continua sul piano teorico e pratico

(art. 29 cpv. 1 e 2 LFo)

1 L’UFAM, in collaborazione con le scuole universitarie, i Cantoni e altre organizzazioni interessate, provvede al mantenimento delle conoscenze e delle capacità acquisite durante gli studi, come pure all’introduzione d’innovazioni teoriche e pratiche.

2 I Cantoni offrono un numero sufficiente di posti per la formazione continua sul piano pratico e li coordinano fra di loro. La formazione continua sul piano pratico deve in particolare:

a.
essere orientata alla pianificazione, alla gestione e alla conservazione del bosco alla luce di tutte le funzioni della foresta;
b.
promuovere le competenze dirigenziali e le conoscenze amministrative;
c.
essere certificata da un attestato che provi le competenze e le conoscenze acquisite.

Art. 32 Theoretical and practical basic and continuing education and training

(Art. 29 para. 1 and 2 ForA)

1 The FOEN shall ensure, together with the universities, the cantons and other organisations, institutions, and professional associations concerned, that the knowledge and skills acquired during education and training are maintained, and that forestry engineers are introduced to new theoretical and practical advances.

2 The cantons shall offer sufficient places for practical continuing education and training and coordinate this offer with each other. Practical continuing education and training shall in particular:

a.
focus on forest planning, forest management and forest conservation in the context of all forest functions;
b.
aim to improve management skills and administrative knowledge;
c.
be attested by a certificate detailing the acquired skills and knowledge.
