Art. 54 Diritto previgente: abrogazione

Sono abrogati:

a.
la legge federale dell’11 ottobre 190290 concernente l’alta vigilanza della Confederazione sulla polizia delle foreste;
b.
la legge federale del 21 marzo 196991 sui crediti forestali d’investimento nelle regioni di montagna;
c.
il decreto federale del 21 dicembre 195692 concernente la partecipazione della Confederazione alla ricostituzione delle foreste affette dal cancro della corteccia del castagno;
d.
il decreto federale del 23 giugno 198893 su provvedimenti straordinari di conservazione della foresta.

Art. 54 Repeal of current legislation

The following are repealed:

a.
the Federal Act of 11 October 190283 on the Supervision of the Forest Police by the Confederation;
b.
the Federal Act of 21 March 196984 on Investment Credits for the Forestry Sector in the Mountain Region;
c.
the Federal Decree of 21 December 195685 on the Contribution of the Confederation to the Rehabilitation of Forests Infested with Chestnut Blight;
d.
the Federal Decree of 23 June 198886 on Extraordinary Measures for the Conservation of the Forest.
