Art. 24 Materiale di riproduzione forestale

1 Il materiale di riproduzione destinato alle piantagioni forestali deve essere sano ed appropriato al luogo.

2 Il Consiglio federale emana prescrizioni circa la provenienza, l’uso, il commercio e la protezione di tale materiale.

Art. 24 Forest reproductive material

1 Only reproductive material and plants that are healthy and suited to the location may be used for forest planting.

2 The Federal Council issues regulations on the origin, use, trading and safeguarding of forest reproductive material.
