1 Sono vietate le utilizzazioni che, pur non essendo dissodamenti secondo l’articolo 4, intralciano o mettono in pericolo le funzioni o la gestione della foresta. I diritti inerenti a tali utilizzazioni vanno riscattati, se necessario mediante esproprio. I Cantoni emanano le disposizioni necessarie.
2 Per gravi motivi le autorità competenti possono autorizzare tali utilizzazioni, subordinandole a oneri e condizioni.20

1 Uses that do not constitute deforestation as defined in Article 4, but which endanger or interfere with the functions or management of the forest are unlawful. Rights of use in such cases shall be revoked, if necessary by compulsory purchase. The cantons shall enact the necessary provisions.
2 The competent authorities may authorise such uses for important reasons subject to certain conditions and requirements.18
