1 Le avvertenze combinate sono pubblicate conformemente alle tre serie di stampa di cui all’allegato 1. Le serie di stampa sono pubblicate secondo un ordine di rotazione prestabilito (1a serie, 2a serie, 3a serie, 1a serie, ecc.).
2 Il cambio di serie è effettuato ogni due anni, il 1° gennaio. I pacchetti con la nuova serie possono essere consegnati in anticipo ai consumatori, tra il 1° ottobre e il 31 dicembre, prima del cambio di serie.
3 I pacchetti già prodotti con le avvertenze combinate della serie precedente possono essere consegnati ai consumatori fino a esaurimento delle scorte, ma non oltre il 31 dicembre che segue il cambio di serie.
1 The combined warnings must be used in three print series in accordance with Annex 1. The print series must be implemented in rotation (Series 1, Series 2, Series 3, Series 1, etc.).
2 The series is changed once every two years, on 1 January. Packaging units featuring the new series may go on sale in advance, between 1 October and 31 December of the year preceding the change of series.
3 Packaging units already produced which feature the combined warnings of the previous series may remain on sale as long as stocks last, but not later than 31 December of the year in which the series changed.
