Art. 23

Previa autorizzazione delle autorità cantonali, le scorie di forni elettrici possono essere riciclate soltanto se:28

a.
il riciclaggio è effettuato nell’ambito di lavori del genio civile e avviene sotto forma di legante idraulico o bituminoso, oppure al di sotto di una superficie impermeabile;
b.
le scorie derivano dalla fabbricazione, posteriore al 1989, di acciai non legati o bassolegati.

Art. 23

Electric arc furnace slag may only be recovered with the consent of the cantonal authority if:27

a.
recovery is carried out in the course of construction work in hydraulically or bituminously bound form or under a surface impermeable to water; and
b.
the electric arc furnace slag originates from the manufacture of unalloyed or low alloyed steels subsequent to 1989.
