Art. 8 Esenzione dalla tassa per piccole quantità

1 Sono esenti dalla tassa i COV presenti nelle seguenti miscele o oggetti:

a.
in miscele o oggetti, nei quali il tenore di COV è al massimo del 3 per cento (% massa);
b.12
in miscele o oggetti che non figurano nell’elenco dei prodotti.

3 Se le miscele e gli oggetti ai sensi del capoverso 1 lettere a e b vengono prodotti in Svizzera, su domanda del fabbricante, i COV in essi presenti sono esenti dalla tassa.

Art. 8 Exemption from tax in cases of negligible quantities

1 VOCs in the following mixtures and products are exempt from tax:

a.
mixtures and products in which the VOC content does not exceed 3 per cent (% by weight);
b.12
mixtures and products that are not on the positive list of products.

3 If mixtures and products in accordance with paragraph 1 letters a and b are manufactured in Switzerland, the VOCs contained therein are exempted from tax at the request14 of the manufacturer.
