810.21 Federal Act of 8 October 2004 on the Transplantation of Organs, Tissues and Cells (Transplantation Act)
Art. 16 Campo di applicazione
1 La presente sezione regola l’attribuzione di organi che il donatore non ha destinato a una persona determinata.
2 Il Consiglio federale:
- a.
- stabilisce quali organi devono essere attribuiti conformemente alla presente sezione;
- b.
- può dichiarare le prescrizioni della presente sezione applicabili anche all’attribuzione di tessuti e cellule.
Art. 16 Scope
1 This section concerns the allocation of organs which the donor has not donated for a specific person.
2 The Federal Council:
- a.
- shall specify which organs shall be allocated in accordance with this section;
- b.
- may also declare this section to be applicable to the allocation of tissues and cells.
