Art. 50 Utilizzazione non autorizzata di informazioni

Chiunque riceve, mediante un impianto di telecomunicazione, informazioni non pubbliche che non gli sono destinate e le utilizza abusivamente o le comunica a terzi, è punito con una pena detentiva sino a un anno o con una pena pecuniaria.172

Art. 50 Misuse of information

Any person who by means of a telecommunications installation receives private information that is not intended for him and who uses it or communicates it to third parties without permission shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding one year or to a monetary penalty.168
