Art. 4

Nel caso di paesaggi e abitati caratteristici, luoghi storici, rarità naturali e monumenti culturali secondo l’articolo 24sexies capoverso 2 della Costituzione federale19, devonsi distinguere:

a.
gli oggetti d’importanza nazionale;
b.
gli oggetti d’importanza regionale e locale.

Art. 4

With regard to heritage landscapes and sites of local character, historical sites, and natural and cultural monuments within the meaning of Article 24sexies paragraph 2 of the Federal Constitution19, a distinction must be made between:

a.
sites of national importance;
b.
sites of regional and local importance.
