Art. 25a

1 La Confederazione e i Cantoni provvedono all’informazione e alla consulenza delle autorità e del pubblico sull’importanza e sullo stato della natura e del paesaggio.

2 Essi raccomandano misure appropriate di protezione e conservazione.

Art. 25a

1 The Confederation and the cantons are responsible for informing and advising the authorities and the public on the importance and the condition of nature and the landscape.

2 They shall recommend appropriate measures for protection and upkeep.
