Art. 58 Referendum ed entrata in vigore

¹ La presente legge sottostà a referendum facoltativo.

² Il Consiglio federale ne determina l’entrata in vigore.

³ Mette in vigore le disposizioni qui appresso simultaneamente alla LPSU⁸⁰:

a.: articolo 4 lettera c numero 2;
b.: articolo 7 capoverso 1 lettera b;
c.: articolo 46 capoverso 2.

⁴ All’entrata in vigore della LPSU, gli articoli 5 lettera b numeri 2 e 3, 6 capoverso 1 lettere b e c nonché 24 capoverso 2 della legge federale del 7 ottobre 1983⁸¹ sulla promozione della ricerca e dell’innovazione sono abrogati.

Data dell’entrata in vigore: 1° gennaio 2014⁸²
Art. 4 lett. c n. 2, 7 cpv. 1 lett. b e 46 cpv. 2 entrano in vigore simultaneamente alla LPSU

Art. 58 Referendum and commencement

¹ This Act is subject to an optional referendum.

² The Federal Council shall determine the commencement date.

³ It shall bring the following provisions into force at the same time as the HEdA⁸¹:

a.: Article 4 letter c number 2;
b.: Article 7 paragraph 1 letter b;
c.: Article 46 paragraph 2.
⁴ Articles 5 letter b numbers 2 and 3, 6 paragraph 1 letters b and c and 24 paragraph 2 of the Research and Innovation Promotion Act of 7 October 1983⁸² shall be repealed at the same time as the HEdA comes into force.

Commencement date: 1 January 2014⁸³
Article 4 letter c number 2, 7 paragraph 1 letter b and 46 paragraph 2 come into force at the same time as the HEdA⁸⁴ (Art. 58 par. 3).
