1 Nell’ambito delle sue attività di promozione, Innosuisse accorda ai centri di ricerca universitari e ai centri di ricerca extrauniversitari a scopo non lucrativo sussidi volti a compensare i costi indiretti di ricerca («overhead»).
1bis Se per i centri di competenza per la tecnologia sostenuti dalla Confederazione (art. 15 cpv. 3 lett. c) si prevede di fissare un’aliquota massima di sussidio più elevata rispetto a quella per gli altri centri di ricerca universitari e per i centri di ricerca extrauniversitari a scopo non lucrativo, il Consiglio federale presenta al Parlamento una proposta in tal senso con il limite di spesa di cui all’articolo 36 lettera c.48
2 Per il resto il Consiglio federale disciplina i principi del calcolo dei sussidi.49

1 As part of its support activities, Innosuisse shall make contributions to compensate for indirect research costs (overheads) incurred by higher education research centres and by non-commercial research centres outside the higher education sector.
1bis If a federally funded centre of technological excellence (Art. 15 para. 3 let. c) is given a higher maximum contribution rate than that applying to other higher education research centres and non-commercial research centres outside the higher education sector, the Federal Council shall submit a corresponding proposal to the Federal Assembly with the payment structure in accordance with Article 36 letter c.50
2 The Federal Council shall otherwise regulate the principles for calculating the contributions.51
