415.0 Federal Act of 17 June 2011 on the Prommotion of Sport and Exercise (Sport Promotion Act, SpoPA)

Art. 16 Misure

1 La Confederazione sostiene la promozione dello sport giovanile di competizione e dello sport di punta.

2 A tale scopo adotta in particolare le misure seguenti:

a.
offre prestazioni per sostenere gli sportivi di punta nello sviluppo del loro livello competitivo;
b.
sostiene la formazione e il perfezionamento degli allenatori;
c.5
offre agli sportivi di punta nonché a militari impiegati come allenatori, assistenti o funzionari a favore di sportivi di punta la possibilità di mettere a profitto il servizio militare obbligatorio o volontario per lo sviluppo del livello competitivo e per le gare degli sportivi di punta.

3 Può promuovere offerte che consentono di conciliare sport e formazione.

5 Nuovo testo giusta l’all. n. II 1 della LF 20 dic. 2019 sulla protezione della popolazione e sulla protezione civile, in vigore dal 1° gen. 2021 (RU 2020 4995; FF 2019 477).

Art. 16 Measures

1 The Confederation shall support the promotion of performance sport for talented young athletes and of elite sport.

2 For this it takes in particular the following measures:

a.
It shall provide services to help elite sports athletes improve their performance.
b.
It promotes the basic and continuing education and training of trainers.
c.5
It shall create opportunities for elite sports athletes and members of the armed forces who work with elite sports athletes as coaches, support staff or officials to work on developing the athletes’ performance levels and on competing in events while on compulsory or voluntary military service.

3 The Confederation may promote options that make it possible to balance sport and education.
