Art. 19 Ordinanze in materia di formazione

1 La Segreteria di Stato per la formazione, la ricerca e l’innovazione (SEFRI)7 emana ordinanze in materia di formazione professionale di base. Le emana su richiesta delle organizzazioni del mondo del lavoro oppure, se necessario, di propria iniziativa.

2 Le ordinanze in materia di formazione disciplinano in particolare:

a.
il contenuto e la durata della formazione di base;
b.
gli obiettivi e le esigenze della formazione professionale pratica;
c.
gli obiettivi e le esigenze della formazione scolastica;
d.
l’ampiezza dei contenuti e le parti assunte dai luoghi di formazione;
e.
le procedure di qualificazione, gli attestati, i certificati e i titoli.

3 Le procedure di qualificazione delle formazioni non formalizzate si improntano alle corrispondenti ordinanze in materia di formazione.

Art. 19 VET ordinances

1 The State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI)7 shall issue education ordinances for each VET programme. These VET ordinances shall be issued at the request of professional organisations or, if necessary, at its own initiative.

2 The VET ordinances shall cover the following aspects in particular:

a.
the subject matter and duration of the corresponding VET programme;
b.
the objectives and requirements of the workplace training segment;
c.
the objectives and requirements of the classroom instruction segment;
d.
the scope of training content and distribution across learning locations;
e.
qualification procedures, qualifications and titles.

3 Qualification procedures to validate non-formal learning shall be based on corresponding VET ordinances.
