Art. 325bis Inosservanza delle disposizioni concernenti la relazione sui pagamenti a favore di enti statali

È punito con la multa chiunque intenzionalmente:

a.: fornisce false indicazioni nella relazione sui pagamenti a favore di enti statali di cui all’articolo 964a CO⁴¹⁵ oppure omette in tutto o in parte di presentare tale relazione;
b.: viene meno all’obbligo di tenere e conservare le relazioni sui pagamenti a favore di enti statali conformemente all’articolo 964e CO.

Art. 325bis Infringement of the regulations on reporting payments to state bodies

A person shall be liable to a fine if he or she wilfully commits any of the following acts:

a.: provides false information in the report on payments made to state bodies in accordance with Article 964d CO⁴¹³ or wholly or partly fails to make the required report;
b.: fails to comply with the obligation to keep and retain reports on payments to state bodies in accordance with Article 964h CO.
