1 Il matrimonio celebrato validamente all’estero è riconosciuto in Svizzera.
2 Se uno degli sposi è cittadino svizzero o se entrambi sono domiciliati in Svizzera, il matrimonio celebrato all’estero è riconosciuto qualora la celebrazione all’estero non sia stata manifestamente voluta per eludere le norme del diritto svizzero sulla nullità del matrimonio.25
