1 Per le azioni derivanti da atto illecito sono competenti i tribunali svizzeri del domicilio o, in mancanza di domicilio, della dimora abituale del convenuto. Moreover, the Swiss courts at the place where the act or the result occurred and, for actions pertaining to the operation of an establishment in Switzerland, the courts at the place of the establishment have jurisdiction.
