1 Chi è minacciato o leso nei suoi diritti da uno degli atti previsti nell’articolo 66 può domandare la cessazione di tale atto o la soppressione dello stato di fatto che ne deriva.

1 Any person who is threatened with or has his rights infringed by an act referred to in Article 66 may demand an injunction or that the unlawful situation be remedied.
