Art. 25 Pubblicazione

1 L’IPI pubblica, in base alle iscrizioni nel registro, le indicazioni previste dall’ordinanza e una riproduzione del design depositato.

2 L’IPI designa l’organo di pubblicazione.

Art. 25 Publication

1 On the basis of the entries in the Register, the IPI shall publish the particulars of the design provided for in the Ordinance and a reproduction of the filed design.

2 The IPI determines the organ of publication.
