Art. 27 Restituzione della tassa di proroga

Se è stata presentata una domanda di proroga, ma la registrazione non è prorogata, la tassa di proroga è restituita.

Art. 27 Reimbursement of the renewal fee

If an application for renewal has been submitted and it does not result in the renewal of the registration, the renewal fee shall be reimbursed.
