Art. 1 Competenza

1 L’Istituto Federale della Proprietà Intellettuale (IPI) esegue i compiti amministrativi derivanti dalla LPM e dalla presente ordinanza.5

2 Gli articoli 70 a 72 LPM e gli articoli 54 a 57 della presente ordinanza sono di competenza dell’Ufficio federale della dogana e della sicurezza dei confini (UDSC)6.

Art. 1 Responsibility

1 The Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) is responsible for carrying out the administrative duties stipulated in the TmPA and for implementing this Ordinance5.6

2 Excluded from this are Articles 70–72 TmPA and Articles 54–57 of this Ordinance. The Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS)7 is responsible for their implementation.
