Art. 66 Piano e tabella di mutazione

¹ Il piano e la tabella di mutazione danno informazioni sulle modifiche intervenute negli oggetti del livello d’informazione «beni immobili».

² Il piano di mutazione contiene segnatamente:

a.: il nome del Comune e il numero della mutazione;
b.: il vecchio e il nuovo stato degli oggetti interessati con la messa in evidenza grafica delle modifiche previste;
c.: il vecchio e il nuovo numero di ogni oggetto;
d.: un’informazione adeguata sulla localizzazione degli oggetti interessati, per esempio il nome locale o il nome della strada;
e.: la direzione del nord, la scala del piano e
f.: la data d’esecuzione e la firma dell’ingegnere geometra.

³ La tabella di mutazione contiene segnatamente:

a.: il nome del Comune e il numero di mutazione;
b.: la superficie aggiunta o tolta a ogni oggetto;
c.: le eventuali differenze di arrotondamento;
d.: la data d’esecuzione e la firma dell’ingegnere geometra.

⁴ Per lo scambio elettronico dei dati tra la misurazione ufficiale e il registro fondiario si applicano le disposizioni dell’OTRF⁸⁶.⁸⁷

Art. 66 Mutation plan and mutation table

¹ A mutation plan and mutation table provide information about changes in objects in the «landownership» layer.

² The mutation plan includes:

a.: the name of the commune and the mutation number;
b.: the old and new states of the objects in question with a graphic indication of planned changes;
c.: the old and new object numbers;
d.: appropriate information on the location of the objects in question, such as the local name or the road/street name
e.: a north point and the scale of the plan; and
f.: the date and the signature of the registered surveyor.

³ The mutation table includes:

a.: the name of the commune and the mutation number;
b.: the areas added to or subtracted from each object;
c.: any differences due to rounding of quantities; and
d.: the date and the signature of the registered surveyor.

⁴ Electronic data transfer between official cadastral surveying and the Land Registry is governed by the TLRO⁸⁶.⁸⁷.
