1 Terminata la verifica, la Direzione federale delle misurazioni catastali esamina se le esigenze della Confederazione sono state rispettate. Essa designa i documenti da presentare.44
2 Essa comunica al Cantone il risultato dell’esame in un rapporto e gli garantisce il versamento dell’indennizzo, sempre che siano state corrette le carenze rilevate.
3 Eventuali carenze rilevate nel rapporto devono essere corrette prima del deposito pubblico.
4 La Confederazione e il Cantone possono convenire di rinunciare all’esame preliminare.45

1 After completion of the verification, the Federal Directorate of Cadastral Surveying determines whether the federal requirements have been fulfilled and specifies the documents to be submitted.44
2 The FDCS reports the results of its examination to the canton and guarantees the appropriate payment, subject to correction of any notified defects.
3 All defects notified in the report must be corrected before the public inspection process.
4 The preliminary examination may be omitted, subject to agreement between the Confederation and the canton.45
