Art. 60 Organizzazione, istruzione e equipaggiamento dell’esercito

1 La legislazione militare nonché l’organizzazione, l’istruzione e l’equipaggiamento dell’esercito competono alla Confederazione.

3 La Confederazione può, contro equa indennità, assumere in proprio installazioni militari cantonali.

Art. 60 Armed forces organisation, training and equipment

1 Armed forces legislation, together with the organisation, training and equipment of the armed forces, is the responsibility of the Confederation.
