Art. 46 Poursuite pénale

1 Les infractions sont poursuivies et jugées conformément à la présente ordonnance et à la loi fédérale du 22 mars 1974 sur le droit pénal administratif22.

2 L’autorité de poursuite et de jugement est l’OFDF.

3 Il peut faire appel aux bureaux de l’origine pour l’enquête.

Art. 46 Prosecution

1 Offences shall be prosecuted and judged in accordance with this Ordinance and with the Federal Act of 22 March 197422 on Administrative Criminal Law.

2 The prosecuting and judging authority shall be the FOCBS.

3 It may call on the certification offices for assistance with the investigation.
