1 L’OFEV veille à ce que soient respectées les dispositions relatives à l’exportation d’organismes génétiquement modifiés qui feront l’objet d’une utilisation dans l’environnement.
2 Il ordonne les mesures requises si les dispositions régissant l’exportation donnent lieu à des contestations.
3 Pour ce qui concerne la surveillance des dispositions relatives à l’importation et au transit d’organismes génétiquement modifiés et la prescription des mesures requises, les compétences sont définies par l’OUC20 et l’ODE21.
1 The FOEN monitors the implementation of the legal provisions on the export of genetically modified organisms for handling in the environment.
2 It ensures that the necessary measures are taken if there is any dispute over the said provisions.
3 The responsibilities involved in monitoring implementation of the legal provisions with regard to the import and transit of genetically modified organisms and the enactment of the necessary measures are defined in the ContainO19 and the RO20.
