1 Le bureau d’enquête peut perquisitionner des objets, des enregistrements ainsi que des bâtiments, des habitations et autres locaux non publics.
2 Il ne peut procéder à une perquisition qu’avec le consentement de l’ayant droit; sont exceptés les enregistrements.
3 Le consentement de l’ayant droit n’est pas nécessaire s’il y a lieu de présumer que le bureau d’enquête sera privé d’informations déterminantes lui permettant de clarifier les incidents.
4 Les perquisitions sont régies par les art. 245 à 247 et 248, al. 1, 2 et 4, CPP18.
5 Le Tribunal administratif fédéral statue définitivement sur la demande de levée des scellés déposée par le bureau d’enquête dans un délai d’un mois. La décision est définitive.
1 The Investigation Bureau may search items of property, records, buildings, dwellings and other not generally accessible areas.
2 It may only conduct a search with the consent of the authorised proprietor; the foregoing does not apply to records.
3 The consent of the authorised proprietor is not required if there is reason to believe that important information relating to the cause of the incident is being withheld from the Investigation Bureau.
4 Searches are governed by Articles 245–247 and 248 paragraphs 1, 2 and 4 CrimPC19.
5 The Federal Administrative Court shall decide within one month on any request for the removal of seals filed by the Investigation Bureau. The decision is final.
