Sont réservés les autres délais prévus pour l’étude d’impact sur l’environnement. Si la situation le justifie, il peut prolonger ce délai.
3 L’élimination des divergences au sein de l’administration fédérale est régie par l’art. 62b de la loi du 21 mars 1997 sur l’organisation du gouvernement et de l’administration12.
