Art. 5 Droit de procédure applicable

1 Pour autant que la présente loi n’en dispose autrement, la loi fédérale du 20 décembre 1968 sur la procédure administrative (PA)15 est applicable.

2 L’art. 22a, al. 1, PA sur les féries n’est pas applicable.

Art. 5 Applicable procedural law

1 Unless otherwise specified in this Act, the Federal Act of 20 December 196814 on Administrative Procedure (APA) applies.

2 Article 22a paragraph 1 of the APA on statutory or official periods does not apply.
