Préambule

Le Conseil fédéral suisse,

vu l’art. 26 de la loi fédérale du 1er juillet 1966 sur la protection de la nature et du paysage (LPN)1,
vu l’art. 44, al. 1, de la loi fédérale du 7 octobre 1983 sur la protection de l’environnement (LPE)2,
en application de la Convention du 19 septembre 1979 relative à la conservation de la vie sauvage et du milieu naturel de l’Europe3,4

Article 44 paragraph 1 of the Environmental Protection Act of 7 October 19832 (USG), and in implementation of the Convention 19 September 19793 on the Conservation of European Wildlife and Natural Habitats,4
