441.1 Federal Act of 5 October 2007 on the National Languages and Understanding between the Linguistic Communities (Languages Act, LangA)
Art. 4 Champ d’application
1 La présente section s’applique aux autorités fédérales suivantes:
- a.
- l’Assemblée fédérale et ses organes;
- b.
- le Conseil fédéral;
- c.
- l’administration fédérale telle qu’elle est définie à l’art. 2, al. 1 à 3, de la loi sur l’organisation du gouvernement et de l’administration du 21 mars 1997 (LOGA)5;
- d.
- les tribunaux fédéraux;
- e.
- les commissions extraparlementaires de la Confédération.
2 Dans la mesure où les objectifs fixés dans la présente loi l’exigent, le Conseil fédéral peut prévoir:
- a.
- que certaines dispositions de la présente section s’appliquent aux organisations ou aux personnes extérieures à l’administration fédérale visées à l’art. 2, al. 4, LOGA et auxquelles sont confiées des tâches administratives relevant du droit fédéral;
- b.
- que l’attribution de concessions ou de mandats ainsi que l’allocation d’aides financières soient liées à l’obligation de respecter certaines dispositions de la présente section.
Art. 4 Scope of application
1 This section applies to the following federal authorities:
- a.
- the Federal Assembly and its organs;
- b.
- the Federal Council;
- c.
- the Federal Administration under Article 2 paragraphs 1–3 of the Government and Administration Organisation Act of 21 March 19974 (GAOO);
- d.
- the federal courts;
- e.
- the extra-parliamentary committees of the Confederation.
2 Where the goals set out in this Act so require, the Federal Council may provide that:
- a.
- provisions of this Section apply to organisations or persons under Article 2 paragraph 4 GAOO that are entrusted with administrative tasks under federal law;
- b.
- the granting of licences or assignments and the award of financial assistance are made conditional on complying with the provisions of this Section.
