Art. 61

1 L’IPI publie:

a.
la demande de brevet, avec les indications mentionnées à l’art. 58a, al. 2;
b.
l’enregistrement du brevet au registre des brevets, avec les indications mentionnées à l’art. 60, al. 1bis;
c.
la radiation du brevet au registre des brevets;
d.
les modifications inscrites au registre, concernant l’existence du brevet et le droit au brevet.151

Art. 61

1 The Institute shall publish:

a.
the patent application with the particulars listed in Article 58a paragraph 2;
b.
the registration of the patent in the Patent Register, with the particulars listed in Article 60 paragraph 1bis;
c.
the cancellation of the patent in the Patent Register;
d.
any modifications registered in the Register concerning the validity of the patent and the right to the patent.153
