Art. 59 K. Application of Swiss and foreign law

1 The Federal Act of 25 June 1891797 on the Civil Law Status of Immigrants and Temporary Residents remains in force in respect of the legal status of Swiss nationals abroad and of foreigners in Switzerland and insofar as different laws apply in the cantons.
