Art. 3j Promotion of research

The Confederation may in terms of the Federal Research Act of 7 October 1983²⁴ support scientific research in the following fields in particular:

a.: the mode of action of substances that induce addiction;
b.: the causes and effects of disorders associated with addiction;
c.: preventive and therapeutic measures;
d.: the prevention or reduction of disorders associated with addiction;
e.: the effectiveness of reintegration measures.

Art. 3j Promoziun da la perscrutaziun

En il rom da la Lescha federala dals 7 d’october 1983²⁴ davart la perscrutaziun po la Confederaziun promover la perscrutaziun scientifica, e quai en spezial en ils suandants secturs:

a.: effects da las substanzas che chaschunan ina dependenza;
b.: motivs e consequenzas dals disturbis che resultan da la dependenza;
c.: mesiras preventivas e terapeuticas;
d.: meds per evitar u per reducir disturbis che resultan da la dependenza;
e.: efficacitad da las mesiras da reintegraziun.
