Art. 13 Duties of the project manager
1 The project manager must notify the Federal Office of the research project involving embryonic stem cells before it is carried out.
2 The project manager is required:
- a.
- to notify the Federal Office and the competent ethics committee of the completion or discontinuation of the project;
- b.
- within an appropriate period after the completion or discontinuation of the project:
- 1.
- to report the results to the Federal Office and the competent ethics committee,
- 2.
- to make a summary of the results publicly available.
Art. 13 Obligaziuns da la direcziun dal project
1 Avant che realisar in project da perscrutaziun cun cellas embrionalas da basa sto la direcziun dal project communitgar quai a l’uffizi federal.
2 Ella è obligada:
- a.
