Art. 31 Organisation of the SRG SSR

¹ The SRG SSR shall organise itself so that:

a.: its autonomy and independence from the state and from social, economic and political groupings is guaranteed;
b.: it is managed economically and the radio and television fees are used for the purpose for which they were intended;
c.: the concerns of the linguistic regions are taken into consideration and national leadership and coordination is assured;
d.: the public is represented in the organisation;
e.: editorial activity is separate from economic activities;
f.: it can be managed, supervised and inspected in accordance with the principles of the law on companies limited by shares.

² Its articles of association must be approved by DETEC.

Art. 31 Organisaziun da la SSR

¹ La SSR s’organisescha uschia che:

a.: sia autonomia e sia independenza dal stadi e da singulas gruppaziuns socialas, economicas e politicas èn garantidas;
b.: ella vegna manada en moda economica e las taxas da radio e televisiun vegnan duvradas confurm a lur intent;
c.: ils giavischs da las regiuns linguisticas vegnan resguardads ed ina direcziun e coordinaziun naziunala è garantida;
d.: il public è represchentà en l’organisaziun;
e.: la lavur redacziunala è separada da las activitads economicas;
f.: ella po vegnir manada, survegliada e controllada tenor ils princips dal dretg d’aczias.

² Ses statuts ston vegnir approvads dal DATEC.
