Art. 15 Notification of revenue from advertising and sponsorship

Licensed broadcasters of Swiss programme services must notify OFCOM26 of the gross revenue from advertising and sponsorship.

26 Expression in accordance with No I of the Federal Act of 26 Sept. 2014, in force since 1 July 2016 (AS 2016 2131; BBl 2013 4975). This amendment has been made throughout the text.
